PROCESSING

• Proofs within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri)
• Production 1–3 business daysafter proof approval. Rush service available—email us.

SHIPPING

• All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive an email once your package is on the way.
• Address changes must be requested before shipment.

INTERNATIONAL

• We ship worldwide. Import duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Custom items: Made to order and final sale. If there’s a defect or transit damage, contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
• Non-custom items: Unused/undamaged items may be returned within 30 days; buyer pays return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel before proofing begins. After proofing, a design fee may apply.
